My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through.

This hotel was nice at some point. Now not so much, very run down. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people around the neighborhood. Was somewhere to sleep that is about it.

When I check into the rookies was a roach that greeted me by name. Front lady was nice and help. That it. Run down hotel.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The environment felt dirty and poorly maintained, had to wait for a front desk person and we did not feel safe while we were there. There were several people lingering around the property who looked to be using, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling. We Had someone stop at the side door and wave us to their car we ran to what was suppose to be our room to find the door was wide open with a hanger stuck in the top of the door to hold it open the hallways had stuff all over making it a fall hazard. On top of that, the smell throughout the area was overwhelming — strong cigarette smoke mixed with other unpleasant odors. We ran back to our car and left tried to call To check out couldn’t get through to anyone. This place doesn’t even deserve one star if I could leave no stars I would. Overall, it was not a welcoming or secure environment, and we would not feel comfortable returning.

They didn't clean the room every day. There was spiders and other bugs in the room and bathroom. The tub was too high I couldn't get in there. The handicap chair couldn't fit in the tub. The breakfast area didn't have muffins, or fruit and there wasn't any milk for the cereal. The hotel staff was ok. The pillows was flat. It wasn't a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was a good area. I used to live in Memphis. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The pool looked like it had not been used in years..all the furniture was outdated . There was stains al on over the floor

Breakfast was simple but floor was dirty and no paper towels for two days. Overall the motel was new and recently painted but it had a strong odor of pot.

The room was plenty big, the remote was non existent and no phone in the room, the lady when checking in did not look up but 2 times that was to take my money and the give me the keys she did not tell me about breakfast or how to check out or even tell me how much I was being charged. When checking out I had to hunt the lady down to give her the keys she told me I should just leave them on the counter , no ma’am not happening.

The property is really ran down and smelt like cigarettes and weed. Supposed to be smoke free! There was nobody at the front desk for check out after ringing the bell 4 times

It was dirty and we didn’t feel safe. We did not even end up staying the night. We walked back to our car about an hour after arriving and drove away to find a safer hotel.

The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel room itself was immaculately cleaned. The water pressure did suck in the shower as well as the shower never got hot. The area that it was in was kind of sketchy. There were three or four people when we arrived outside with no shoes and just socks on yelling just wandering property so it wasn't the best area.

Neglected property-- trashy, leaf-filled parking lot surrounded by old wire and wood fences, out-of-service lobby restrooms, broken elevatr, scratched, denteddoors, marred furniture, smelly, soiled carpet, peeling paint, loose frame boards, limited breakfast items and dirty microwave. Lost electricity at 8:30 pm for about an hr. and had no answer on hotel's phone no. Didn't know whether we should call 911 for possible mass murder or robbery. No other customers andandandlobbystilllocked to lobby at 8 aor any notior contact from a single person

The room was ok., but breakfast was very poor., only waffle maker., white bread and butter and one cereal and milk and coffee… nothing like used to be.

The room furniture is in such bad condition. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing. I won't recommend this place. In a word, this place is not worth staying.

Room was dirty very limited lighting, phone phone does not work in the room, comforter had red and other stains dirty co.forter, fridge does not work either. We did not stay at the hotel for those reason. The manager offered another room and we had the same issue.

The reason we got the room was Their website says they have in room jetted tub. Owner said they don't have them. Outdoor pool not open. No smoke detectors, previous occupants food left in room. Bedbugs. Had room for 3 nights, left after first night.

Short shower curtain didn’t keep water from going onto floor, homeless people and trash outside, hallways and entrances filthy, outdoor pool unopened, breakfast was late getting set up.

A good solid hotel that was clean in the bedroom were comfortable.

The staff was nice, but it is in a shady part of town. There were many signs about no smoking but the lobby smelled very strongley of cigarettes and the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. We had a fold out bed for our older child but it was dirty and the fridge was not cleaned.

Asked 3 times for housekeeping. The phone line was disconnected and we had to call the manager. Pool was closed with 95 degree weather. Remote needed batteries. Ice machine downstairs only. Bathroom not clean. Loitering in the stairwell. Debris on lot.

Beds were very comfortable! Neighborhood was a little suspicious, otherwise the sleep was excellent!

The room was not ready even though we checked in at 5.30 pm. The receptionist wanted to give the customer a missing towel when the room was not ready. I didn't like that.

At least the elevator worked. Waited 15 minutes to check out. No one at desk (8:30 am) rang bell at least 30 times before anyone showed up. We do not recommend ..

Area was very shady, but hotel was overall okay.

It was not a good experience at all, rooms were dirty and especially bathrooms, which didn't have the proper toiletries and the toilet was not clean.

I had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. The bed was stained all over. The comforter we were provided had white stains all over it and cigarette burns/holes. There was half a roll of toilet paper with no extra. The air conditioner was sooo loud and sounded like it was dying every time I clicked on. Rooms around us had towels and trash in the hallway. People were partying outside in the parking lot at 1am. Went down for breakfast at 7:30AM and the waffles mix was gone and there were barley any eggs (they were inside a tin on top of a black plug in skillet). No one came in to replenish. We left at 8am. Our friends traveling with us had to get an entire new room bc their assigned room wasn't clean and beds were unmade.

Our stay was awful, we were traveling with our family of 4 and our friends and needed a place to stay for the night. We booked the rooms online and when we got there the room assigned to us was dirt and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. After getting a different room it was still dirty. Mattress on the couch was cheap and stained, carpet was dirt, toilet was rusty and moved when you sat on it, the entire room smelled and was dusty/dirty. You could hear everything outside and whatever the neighbors were doing. We got a few hours of sleep and got back on the road. Will never stay again. Our friends agreed their room was the same and had the creeps.

When we got to the property we were there for no more than at least an hour and a half before we finally decided to leave, we reserved 3 rooms, one was not cleaned just the beds made, one room had no microwave and bathroom did not work, and one room the beds had old blood stains like someone was murdered on them, urin stains on multiple spots, and smeared makeup on it. All the furniture was damaged, AC unit didnt have filters and did not cool the room off, the whole floor smelled like marijuana as well as the lobby and entrance. It was in a sketchy area and it seemed as though they would allow just ANYBODY to reserve their rooms (druggies, and/or what looked like traffickers) I've worked for 4 hotels in both housekeeping and front desk in the last 10 years and not once have I seen a hotel look as bad as this one did and I worked at a motel 6! VERY disappointed and would not recommend to anyone, if i do recommend anything it is for the building to be sold off and renovated or condemned.

Do not go to this hotel. It does not meet the standards of most Quality Inns. When we arrived, there was a heavy smell and smoke cloud of weed in the in the front lobby. When we got our key and went to the room, we walked in on a woman who appeared to be a working girl in her underwear and a t shirt. The woman said this had happened to her before, acting like she was a regular there. The closet door would not close, there was evidence of an electrical fire and burn marks on the wall. Breakfast that was supposed to be provided was totally empty, no juice ,no meat, no toast or milk, a couple waffles they ran out of. The employee was lounging and talking to (more like scolding) more girls who appeared to be working girls for taking too many things back to their rooms. This is a poorly run place that is not clean and seems to be making its money off prostitution.

The bed was comfortable and the room was huge, tv worked just fine, and we had hot water. But if you're looking for super clean this isn't the place, unfortunately. Housekeeping really needs to step their game up! The room had no towels (we had to ask for some at the front desk.) There was hair everywhere, stains on the shower curtain, no mattress cover (just a pad and sheet) the fridge was uneven and ice collecting in it, the closet door wouldn't stay shut and there was broken hangers. We also found someone elses shirt under the couch. Luckily for my family i pack lysol and chlorox wipes for situations like this. It all could be avoided if housekeeping did a better job. I also noticed alot of cosmetic things that need dealt with. They do look like they are remodeling areas of the hotel but, its no where near done.

The room bathroom faucet ran nonstop. Yhere was no way to turn it off. The smell of marijuana was inhaled day or night. Our closet door didnt close, then the electricity went out for over 8 hours. The shower never got hot. The carpet and breakfast area was filthy. Vagrants came and went.

Worst stay ever. This is a terrible hotel which offers nothing. The rooms were dirty, stained, the lights were blinking, wardrobe doesn't even a magnet to close the door. Have never been to Such a terrible hotel ever. Such a shame. In the name of breakfast there are empty hot plates, the syrup bottle was huge but the syrup was so less that the pump couldn't get any. Have a huge photo saying healthy breakfast with fruits, but there was no fruits offered. The owners seems to be so stingy that they cannot offer a good room facility or food. Don't know why they charge so much money with no facilities.

Upon arriving a little after 9pm there was no one available at the front desk- my three kids were exhausted from a long drive and screaming and I wait 10 minutes before the person appeared- a quick apology and an excuse that she was fixing a tv- I rang the door bell and called from the lobby many times in that 10 minutes and nothing. Upon arriving in the room it was hot and things were falling apart or completely not working- no ice machine, the breakfast offered one tub of eggs that was empty by the time we got there a little after 7 and the public restroom was again out of order- the room itself was ok but compared to where we have stayed on this trip prior it was very lacking. Kinda sketchy neighborhood as well.

This place was in a very shady area to make you feel unsafe, the check in and checkout people was very unfriendly there was no soap or tissues in room smelled like Marijuana throughout hotel the ice machine was not working, the sink did not drain there was trash outside of property, the television cables was all messed up so television only worked when you moved them around, i stood at counter for at least 15 minutes to check out before i had to yell for someone for assistance all i know i will not be back.

The room I was in had mold in the bathroom. The chair in the room was old and worn. The duvet cover and sheets had holes in them. The back door didn’t when swiping the key card. There was garbage everywhere outside the property. Appliance in the room were old and disgusting. The phone in the room didn’t work.

I reserved and prepaid for a king room. When I arrived I was told that the room I reserved was not available because it had not been cleaned. So I had no option except taking the double queen room they offered. The room itself had several issues. Someone had left some fruit in the fridge and the fridge was not cold, so it smelled. The light bulbs in the lamp next to the bed were bad. The TV didn’t work. The pool was full of green water and trash and there was overflowing trash by the front door of building. The only good thing I can say is that the girl behind the desk helped me get my WIFY going.

The area is busy but security is onsite at night. The room is spacious. The breakfast is hot good and Free.

This hotel needs a serious upgrading. It appears to be in a very shady area and I didn’t feel very safe. I was also concerned that the things in our truck might be stolen but fortunately everything in that regard was ok. The hotel also smelled really bad. The breakfast was ok but the area was not very clean.

Hotel was fine for the price! Comfy bed, kinda old and dingy but overall got us through the night problem free!

The appearance in general is lacking. I thought the bathroom floor was dirty but when I wiped it down with a wet one it was just stained. The beds are comfortable, it has been quiet while we were there, & breakfast is okay, price is good, check in was smooth, & we’ve stayed there twice & so far our vehicle has been okay the next morning. I believe they are working on updating it- & it needs it.

Just not clean in the suite room. Looked like a dingleberry in the tub there was no cover over the switch in the bathroom risk of shock or being electrocuted we even canceled our second night there and left asap. And as asking Expedia for a refund for the second night

For those not familiar with the area as we weren’t as well, you must know that this is in the proximity of one of the hoods of Memphis. When we arrived, there were individuals And groups of people walking in the middle of the street up from the hotels in the proximity of this area. The police came as well. The parking lot had trash all over in it, and there was trash in the stairs. The carpets appeared very dirty.

Check in was fast. Room was clean. It took a while for the A/C to kick in and work. Breakfast consisted of cereal and waffles. The toaster didn't work.

Ok for last min booking was a little pricey for the condition older hotel.

Air conditioner didn't work in one rooms; another room the Wall light had broken bulb that flickered ( top of bulb had been removed); floor lamp btoken and leaned against wall and 3rd room tv didn't work.

Rooms not clean, staff rude, super small pillows and the air cranked and banged so loud no one could sleep.

There were abts EVERYWHERE in our room, including all over the bed, between sheets, and under pillows. There was a large cluster of ants on the w all next to the window by the bed.

First impression was seeing a trashy lawn area The floors were nice and you could tell efforts were being made to update the property however, everything that was touched by human hands was smuggie. I hated to touch anything. We just realized that you get what you pay for not what you think you saw on hotel web sight

The property was what we were expecting. Quiet and a great place to and from. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the location and the breakfast. The area seemed shady but we had no problems and were pleasantly surprised.

This hotel gets a lot of foot traffic so the carpets were extremely dirty. Then in our room the outlet in our bathroom didn’t work the outlet next to our bed didn’t work the outlet next to the table and chairs didn’t work. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were nice pillows were little square hard things not comfortable. Breakfast was okay

Drug users were around the perimeter of the building. There were stains on the bed sheets and the floor. The toilet wasn’t all the way intact. The bath tub was stained. The table legs were broken and so were the chairs. The remote had no backing and barely worked. And the smell was so bad my kids wouldn’t stop complaining because everything was so bad we didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast.

Old run down property. They gave us stained towels to use in our room. Our room had new carpet and paint. Bed was comfortable but still pretty old. The lobby smelled like old smoke. Not a good part of town. Lots of dilapidated things around the property. The breakfast was not worth eating etc.

The establishment was decent quality I did notice some construction supplies in the front area so maybe they are renovating. Our room was on the 2nd floor all the way at the end of the hall opposite the elevator so it was difficult for me to walk that distance due to severe arthritis in my knees. Our room upon first glance looked clean but the Window had some substance on it on the inside as well as a grease like substance on the mirror which was kind of suspicious. Over all I would stay again but ask for a room closer to the elevator or on the first floor as well as a through cleaning upon check in

The ongoing remodeling could be handled in a better way by vacuuming the carpet in the hall way, my room wasn’t fully vacuumed. The staff were super friendly

Frist off bedbugs yes bed bugs I left after I was bitten by one, I was in the room for only 30min. got in bed not more than 5 min. later before I was bit. The parking lot wasn't cleaned in mounts, broken phone case and trash littered the parking lot. the pool had green growth on it.

Under remodeling, replacing carpets throughout with many trip hazards. Hard to believe this is part of the Choice hotel.

This was an older hotel that needs to be updated. There was water on the hallway floor. Carpets looked dirty. There was a dirty washcloth handing in the shower. Coffee pot had crud on the inside and needs to be thrown in the trash. Air conditioner unit rattled and was very loud. It needs replaced. They did offer a good breakfast and it is in a good location with lots of places to eat.

It was a good Stay it was really enjoyable don’t base it off the bad reviews cause some of those people lie on those reviews,the only thing I wish they would fix is the loud banging if the persons door that’s next to you 'and the loudness from the upstairs people but other than that everything wasn’t bad.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Reasonably priced. Perfect for our needs.

The breakfast looked aweful so i had to eat elsewhere. I would say this was my worst hotel experience in 20 years.

The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean! Our toilet however, had to be jiggled repeatedly to stop running. The breakfast sausages were tasteless and apple/orange juice tasted watered down! The waffle was ok and the cereal was good!

Sheets and pillowcases on bed were dirty, hand towels and bath towels were dirty, even the new ones we requested were dirty. Used soap was left in our shower.. used towels left under the sink in bathroom. The Eggs served at breakfast were FROZEN??? Horrible experience. will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel was good enough for the value, especially comparatively to other options in the area. Beds were clean. Breakfast was good, but simple (not a massive buffet but plenty of options and available food). The hotel is not a newer hotel but it is obvious improvements have been made to update (paint and decor). Electronics and appliances in the room were in working order. We loved the fish tank in the lobby with the bright, colorful fish. Overall we would stay again for a short stop.
