I didn’t like anything , The Bathroom was not clean My friend cleans the bathroom because the staff said housekeeping wasn’t coming until 12 pm I checked in at 8 am that morning and had to pay a early check in fee of 20$ none of the lights or walk sockets worked on the right side refrigerator was nasty the room was not clean the Most of the Guest were battling addiction I saw the sell of narcotics the Guest were r fighting in the room beside me early that morning and later that night the Guest to the right of me were fighting at 2:30 am this morning. It was a terrible experience all across the board . I booked your site to insure a quality hotel for a quality stay and I spent money to sleep in a dirty mold smelling dirty sheets not to mention that I had to clean hair in the sink in the tub it was horrible and the front Desk manager MIT could only say sorry I’m disappointed because I was out of $100 I could have slept in my car I need compensation

For the price I ought not complain… But, the cover sheet on the bed had 8-10 cigarettes burns… the bathroom towels were the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Z The carpet made my feet hurt. Pretty bad.

Mold everywhere

This was a horrible place. They had 2 cars in hat were broke now o pulled up to get he free not door. There were 2 inappropriate dressed women in front of front door. Several people hanging outside the fro t door. It was a horrible experience and it was not a safe place.

In addition to paying for the room with a cc, they took a $50 deposit for the night. They refused to refund the deposit upon chexkout this morning - inly saying it was non-refundable. So the $54 for one night was acutally $104 plus tax. This is a scam. I do NOT rexommend Shelby Inn. When I asked about getting the depsit back, they called security and threatened to call the police. I left. I still don’t understand.

Room was clean . Bed comfy...area is not the safest and breakfast would of been great.

Not at all what I expected. There was no lobby, you checked in through a little window like a walk up drive thru. I booked non smoking. The room wreaked of cigarettes. There were stains on the bedding. And there was a huge gap around the door, you could see outside. I did not feel safe or like I was in a clean environment. There’s a hotel across the street that had people sitting outside just watching from the parking lot. I did not feel safe and left in less than 5 minutes of being there. I turned in my key and booked somewhere else.

Sink was hanging, smoke detector was missing, cigarette burns on carpet and couch. Bathroom faucet handle was loose. Literally spun around 360 lol what a joke. Bathroom floor has pubic hairs and not to mention there is no breakfast not that I would even drink water from there.

It was very dated looked like something from the 70s the smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling where it should have been ,I saw the actual detector in a drawer, it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in actually it was a motel, with room entrances from the outside,no elevator.avoid if you can.

Advertised hot breakfast. First morning asked where it was and was told “not doing it yet”. No apology. Total inconvenience since my morning was planned based on having this and Delayed me getting to my appt due to need to find food

The staff was very awesome and helpful. They get 100 on customer service and kindness. The room did smell like weed, and had open soap packets inside and the counter. Also the bed sheets had cig burns. The parking is very convenient, the place is quite. It was a great stay for a couple days. Thank you

Nice enough. But the floors need cleaning. I stepped into the shower and my footprints were muddy!

This was the worse motel I’ve ever stayed in. The sink was leaking onto the carpet. The toilet was leaking around the base. The was a huge cockroach in the shower. The leaks caused the room to really smell musky. Take my advice and pay a little extra to stay elseway.

This place should be shut down. It was disgusting. The bed spread was covered in stains and cigarette burn holes. The toilet had pubic hair all over it. The room also smelled like mildew. We did not stay and was not given a refund.

Overall I was pleased with the service I received. I just thought that this hotel offered a breakfast in the morning. It does not include breakfast and cable channels are very limited.

Bedspread full of cigarette holes. Only towels, washcloths for one person in a two person room. No breakfast even though it’s listed online as a current amenity. Rude staff.

Did not offer the breakfast that was advertised and the room was disgusting. Blankets were covered in burn holes. The bathroom was so old and dirty I had to wear my slides in the shower.

There were not even enough towels in the property. Lots of cigarettes in front of the door. Bed sheets seem worn out.

It was nothing like the pictures displayed, it super dirty where we were scared to step in the filthy tub, our toilet was clogged and they gave me a plunger since they state they don't have a maintenance person .Also the so called free breakfast is non existent as if I would eat anything they served. WORST stay ever

Smooth service

Our room was filthy, the carpet, the bathroom, there was a small amount of toilet paper on the roll, someone poured something in the sink and didn't clean it out. Holes in the ceiling, unpatched holes on the walls, the walls had cracks, and were dirty, did not trust the blanket because it had stains on it, so I took if off the bed, could not get extra pillows, very bad cleaning service, I used sanitizing wipes to clean the entire room and toilet, I sprayed the bed down with fungus spray because the room was just not clean at all. I could not hardly sleep because I was so uncomfortable. For the price they charged it did not meet the quality. It was a waste of money. We didn't feel as safe either, because folks was outside walking around making us leery of being there.

This place was horrible, rooms were very dirty, dirty everything and my no smoking room has burnt spots in curtains and comforter and bed smelled like motor oil. If I go to Memphis again and this was the only place vacant I'll sleep in my car!

the application says breakfast included, and it was not so they do not have the breakfast area open. the room was dirty, hair in the bathtub, garbage in the bins, and the towels were stained

It's was the nastiest place I ever stay and was not worth my money

Was horrible for the money. Hole punched in bathrroom door. Sink and bathroom sketchy. Tub looked like there were cigarette burns all down side. Burn holes in carpet and comforter. No breakfast even though advertised on internet and their sign. Worth only $50 a noght and not the $100 I paid.

ive stayed at this location serveral times as they dont give breakfast the rooms the showers arnt clean they are not friendly i couldnt even have family over its a no company policy but i had two people on my reservation the manager the first day i was there when my brother arrived he wasnt allowed in my room he then keep saying he will be out he called me said you cant have company you musty come out and talk i then came out told him that that was my brother he yelled at me and said no one could come on property i let him know that i had two people on my reservation he said he didnt caree no company that i could leave he then finally told my brother to give him his id made copy of it before he could come into my room then the day of check out i was about to book room agin he said no rooms are all booked io said no there not he said you heareed wat i said i said i just loooked online he said check out screaming at me told me it would be a waste of my money if i booked room then he went to put me out the room saying i had to wait outside on my people to show up i still resppected himk then wen i went to leave i saked for 1800 number was told it wasnt one i would have to talk to him only he didnt care i got reply today and it said prety much nothing would be done i want a refund discrimination and everything else hes done to me smh

Absolutely terrible. Prostitutes on property. The music coming from other rooms was loud. Obvious addicts on property and living in room beside the one reserved for me. Asked for a different room, they said no! Although there were plenty

DON’t STAY HERE! It’s not cleaned well. Debris in the floor , stains on the sheets and towels, poor plaster on the walls…. We changed rooms and the second room was slightly better but still dirty. We tried to leave and change hotels. We called Hotels.com and they were super empathetic, but when they called the hotel, the manager at the front desk said he didn’t have the authority to refund our money. Hotels.com tried three times. Additionally, the sight advertised free breakfast and there was none! Using Covid as an excuse when the hotel industry is back to providing breakfasts except when construction is involved. It’s clear this hotel is not a true Days Inn property and that they are suffering financially or the franchise holder is not investing in the property. Horrible horrible experience.

The room was absolutely disgusting! There was dirt and debris, EVERYWHERE. We were in a non smoking room that very clearly was regularly smoked in. There were burn marks on both bed coverings as well as the floor. The smoke alarm was non existent. The topper; a roach crawled out of the broken drawer of the dresser. I can forgive the filth and the smoke considering this is like a 1star hotel. I draw the line at bugs!!

It was garbage. The hotel was dirty and run down. The ceiling was falling in, it smelled like cigarette smoke, ad burn marks on the covers, the office chair In the room was missing an arm and it was overall a terrible stay.

Dirty room with no smoke detector, roaches, and bleach stains on the sheets. Mold in the AC vent and pretty shady area. It was right off the highway though which was nice.

Not kept up. Stains on bedspread. Lights not working. TV not working.

Had to stand outside in cold to check-in. Was told my card was insufficient funds for reservation and then finally told it was good. Made reservation using points, but was charged full cost on credit card, and they deducted my points also. Tried to chat and after 2 attempts was not successful in resolving this.

Expedia booked me into what was supposed to be dog friendly. Wynndom would not let me stay there because it was NOT dog friendly. I had 2 find and PAY FOR another hotel. I would like my money back please. Karen Taylor

The staff was not accommodating. the facility was deteriorating. linens were sparse.

The hot breakfast, pool, and lobby were unavailable. The door to room did not seal, so light and noise came in easily from outside. The bathroom wall had stains near the toilet as though it had been urinated on. The walls were thin. The room itself was comfortable, but dated with many uncoordinated colors (red bedspread, purple lamps, 1 lime green wall, 3 peach colored walls).

I don’t know if it was terrible really I didn’t even stay in the room nor check in and I was still charged.

my wife made this reservatiosomething to her new customer n while we were driving down the road enroute to memphis. we checked in and when we drove through the parking lot we saw a working girl in the parking lot talking to a new customer. I then saw her hand something to her customer through the window. the room was nasty including the pillows had brown stains the chair was sticky .bedspread had brown spot the size of a volleyball. We then checked out. Would like to HAVE my MONEY BACK.

Thx desk clerk was helpful in helping me with a smoke free room after checking 4 rooms. My final room was acceptable but I still wore a mask just in case for pet dander.

Staff was rude..tv did not work ask for assistance and was told nothing they could do not would they discount the room..toilet ran all night overall terrible stay..nor would they ....

This hotel was extremely dirty. The first room had stains all over the walls, a hole was in the wall, and belongings were left behind of a previous stay. I of course asked to be moved into a second room. In this room there was hair left on the blankets, the sheets were stained with multiple small spots, and yet again personal belongs were left behind in the room. I would not choose to stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is rated at 0/10. Even at check in many people had a problem with getting the correct rooms and I had wait about 50 mins for only 2 people to get checked into their correct rooms before I could be helped. Again do not book at this motel.

Really? Had a sign out of the motel across the street , newer and NICE for less than HALF what we paid. Will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again! Worst place ever in our many years of marriage. Bad choice Expedia! Very BAD. Probably use different company from now on.!! Oh, did I mention that walls are dirty and need painted,? Also the bed was OLD, and worn out.....NO SLEEP. Should have slept in car.

The room was clean, the shower was great but the desk clerk was on the rude side. I had wanted to pay cash at time of checkin but was told there is a 200 dollar deposit. Our bed was hard as a rock and the breakfast which was nice that they had it was just so so.

When we checked in, we had to use the outside night window. You weren’t allowed inside.The room smelled. The towel bar in the bathroom wouldn’t hold the towels (loose from the wall). The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut( warped??). the door to the room at the bottom has an inch opening to the outside. When we left in the morning. the man was rude. Terrible stay.

The unique thing about this Motel is the price they charge for a substandard facility. The online presentation is misleading at best. I would never stay at this Motel or any Days Inn because of my experience during this stay. I would not recommend this Motel to anyone.

This days inn was nothing like the pictures. The property is in horrible condition and was not at all a safe place to be when the sun went down. Although the rooms were very clean.

In the middle of the night a policeman banged on our door demanding to enter. He did not identify himself and we were frightened out of our wits. When we did not open the door he came back with the manager and proceeded to try to enter our room. He never apologized for the mistake and the hotel refused to refund our stay. He said he was mistaken and the person he was looking for was next-door and evicted them. This was absolutely the most harrowing experience I have had at a hotel. I am still having PTSD about this day.

Everything was good except the coffee pot didn't work.

We arrived at 11pm from freeway delay, left the hotel after 45 minutes, did not feel safe, people hanging out on balcony, baby crying, smell of marijuana outside door, people waiting in cars in lot may have been drug purchasers, noticed person checking out cars from across the street, no security lock on door, does not match photos. Asking for refund.

Rooms didn’t look like the picture the rooms was so nasty the rugs was so nasty couldn’t even take my socks off the rooms smelled like smoke the staff had the door locked for COVID-19 but when I got my room key he gave me a dirty sleeve for my room key had to ask for a new one over all I left a day earlier than I was supposed to and didn’t get a refund for that day definitely the nastiest place I’ve ever seen and stayed at

Nasty room. Everything was old and dirty. Tub wasn't clean and mattress hard. There was hair in the tub and urine on the toilet.

There was no smoke detector in my room. Also had to walk quite a distance from the parking lot to my room.

One of the worst stays I ever had. No guest could park with all the in and out traffic to certain rooms. Hinges off the door in the bathroom room overall in run down shape. Did not feel safe at all.

On a good note the staff was very kind and accommodating. and of course we understood why the breakfast lobby was not opened to guests, but a voucher for a meal at a local restaurant like McDonalds or Burger King could have been offered.
