Room 530 is way too bright for normal sleeping. That should be noted on the sites. The pool was dirty, filthy. I did not go in because the bottom was lined with fungus? See above Great breakfast!

Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars.

Hyatt House in Redmond is perfectly located, close to downtown as well as to parks and trails. It is always spotless, well maintained and includes a great hot breakfast! By far our favorite hotel in Redmond.

I appreciated 230 because, it was a quiet corner room, that was exceptionally clean. And my dogs had no problem settling in and was not nervous in the least little bit. Thank you* I can't think of anything at this time.

Clean and comfortable facility convient location. I prepaid back in January for my wife and I and a second room for my daughter and son-in-law. We checked in first. While we were in our room my other family members arrived. I made sure their names were on their reservation. But when they arrived the lady at the main checkin couldn't find the reservation. So they were forced to pay for another room. When they mentioned no reservation, I went down to checkin and talked to the same lady. Although she couldn't find the reservation with my daughter now she found it. Clearly she messed up because even though she claims in the Hyatt system their names were truncated. She finds it now under my name. I had them now cancel and refund thus extra room and charge me instead of daughter for their room. The checkin lady assured me a credit would be placed on my credit card. Roll ahead to the next bank credit card statement and NO CREDIT FROM HYATT! So I called and happen to talk to the same lady in checkin. But she referred me to Booking.com where I originally booked thru. I got the run around. Booking.com representative had to contact checkin to confirm and resolve. Then I received a call from the same checkin lady. She now will again get my credit on my card. So why all the confusion for something where the checkin made the mistake. Somewhere Hyatt checkin needs to assure their customers when they promise something they follow thru. I still haven't seen the credit...I'm hopeful...

The hotel is wonderful, and the staff is excellent and happy to help with anything. The laundry room, gym, pool, and restaurant are all great. The room is nice, the only thing that would make it the best is firmer bedding.

The desk chair was rather uncomfortable and the AC unit in the wall was a bit loud and close to the bed. However, the hotel was great and I actually did sleep well. Nice sheets. Plenty of underground parking

The shower was slippery AF even with the mat. The fridge made allot of noise and looked like someone took Thor's hammer to the side of said fridge.

First time staying here for 11 nights. Coffee is only available during breakfast and not throughout. Dining area is only reserved for in house food and not permitted to outside food when I to-go my food to eat there. Counter staffs were friendly. The breakfast ends 10am, but sometimes at 945am they were keeping the food already. Housekeeping changes towels but doesn’t vacuum so it looks a bit untidy with the hairs all in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Gym was sufficient and good space for me with some weights and treadmill.

The room is spacious and clean. Packing is very convenient. Breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is really nice, located in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Parking across the hotel is also free and very convenient. At the back of the hotel, there is a small park where you can run or walk along the river. Our room is fancy, clean and huge. It has our own private king size bedroom a receiving area with pull out couch, study area, with full size fridge with a dishwasher and a stove. It's like a small apartment with balcony view. The bed is comfortable and we had a great sleep. Although, their AC when it starts to blow--it's very cold, and once it stops, you start to feel warm. But it doesn't really bother us, it's just weird.The staff are also helpful, friendly and the breakfast is just superb! Hot with all the continental choices.We also ate at the Hbar for our 2 dinner stay, and the prices are decent and the food taste excellent. Pool is big enough, but I wish they have a hot tub for adults. I also used their gym. Nothing fancy, but they have what you need like the treadmill, free weights and stationary bikes. They have a water station inside the gym so no need to buy water bottles. Overall, We will definitely come back here for a weekend stay.

The rooms were relatively clean although we noticed that the night stands, coffee table etc had a layer of dust even after maid service. Some of the rooms had balconies which is so nice. Very much appreciate having the sofa bed as additional place to sit beyond the bed and desk chair. We would stay here again.

Excellent room amenities and the free breakfast was great! Only two complaints I have are the in-room desk is about 2 inches higher than it should be and they don’t serve lunch in their dining area. The desk made working in the room very uncomfortable. Not serving lunch meant walking across some very busy streets while it snowed.

Excellent locations. Hotel has great amenities and the location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to local shopping and Redmond Town Center. Brought our dog and they spoiled him. Hotel breakfast was amazingly good!

Room was clean. I love the rooms with the balcony! Sitting out there at night is so relaxing. Carol, at the front desk is always very helpful & a ray of sunshine… so pleasant & always with a smile. Ive stayed here a couple of times for fairly long stays, so she’s helped me a number of times. I would love to see the menu in the lounge/restaurant, offer more simple options, like hamburgers for instance. I had to order out… I would’ve liked to have been able to eat their hot food instead. One last point… I did have to say something about the banging noises that was coming from the floor above my room. That was annoying. However … I would stay there again for sure.

Room was amazingly clean and quiet!! Entire family was able to enjoy the pool! Also breakfast was perfect! Lots of tasty options!! We will be back, we came for a staycation and now found a new favorite spot!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brian at the front desk whom was fantastic! I was in room 502 which was absolutely wonderful! Everything is so clean & there’s so much light with all the windows; I loved it. I had the best burger & fries of my whole life from the restaurant!! I will be back just for that! The breakfast was incredible. I’ve stayed here twice now in the past 5 months & I will be back again & again! Thank you for not allowing technology to take over the customer service, it is what makes me come back. Everyone is lovely from housekeeping to the rest! Great work!

Expect to pay $15 a night to park as there are 6 street parking spaces. 10/10 otherwise

The hotel was nice with a bar and large fireplace. The food was great. The room was big and roomy with a balcony, but there is a noisy road right by the hotel. We were in room 502. Top floor. Pictures show a serene lawn and trees but no comments about traffic noise. Also had high ceiling with windows that do not keep the light out. Bedding was extremely lightweight for winter. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel parking was in the public garage and they charge $15 per night. Breakfast was good, but we will not be back. Pet fee was $100 non-refundable.

Though the breakfast buffet looked and smelled great, without the list of everything in the cooked items, those of us with allergies can't eat them. There's also plenty of fake coffee cream, but no proper half and half or whole milk, as again, there are additives from the processing of all other real milk products.

This is the second time that we stayed at Hyatt House. We were two and stayed in the accessible one-bedroom suite. The setup of the bathroom is very convenient and accessible for individuals with disabilities. Also, the small kitchen is well-equipped with pots, plates, silverware, a small stove, fridge, and microwave. We had a perfect stay for three nights. For sure, we will stay at Hyatt House every time in the future when we need to visit Redmond. Would recommend.

We booked a night here semi-last minute as it’s consistently been our favorite place to stay when we come to the Seattle area, and we were not disappointed! We love that it has ample garage parking (at a price that feel reasonable), a nice pool, and free breakfast. The location is convenient, as well. We’ll be back!

Felt very safe, nice area, hotel was great. We have small kids so the kitchen area is always a nice touch especially with a microwave and fridge. Only complaint is the toilet would only flush 1/2 the time lol.

The breakfast at this property was amazing! The best we've had. The parking is a little inconvenient, and there is no signage for where to turn to get to the hotel from.the main road (Bear Creek Pkwy), so it was a little difficult to find. Rooms are more dated than I expected but very clean and comfortable.

The shower dripped the whole time we were there. We could not get the thermostat to work in order to cool down the room. Thankfully, we could open the sliding door and let in cold air from outside.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I just wish they had a hot tub.

The only issue was the bartender. He was distracted and not interested in serving us. We were at the bar and there was one other customer in the bar. Drinks were mediocre and expensive.

Had a great time

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The website information plus the reviews convinced me that this was a good choice. And they were correct. Getting there was not necessarily a direct shot, but that was no big deal. Google maps got me on the wrong side of the building, but I figured it out quickly. Check-in was a snap, as I had booked through Expedia. Parking was in a shared, covered multi-story garage just 50 feet away. It seemed safe and was extremely clean and sufficiently lit. My room was incredibly prepared. Clean, well laid out and very comfortable. There really was little else to wish for in the room. The hotel was quiet. The restaurant and bar were closed, as my arrival was on a Sunday. The following morning, I enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the restaurant. It was part of the package. Lots of choices and the food was quite tasty. More than enough tables for everyone eating breakfast. Checkout was a snap. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay. I thought the price was decent, though admittedly I don't stay in the Seattle area very often, so I can't really make any comparisons. You can't go wrong booking a room here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House in Redmond Washington. From the fabulous hospitality to the amazing food everyone went out of their way toakey family and I feel welcome.

This is a great extended stay hotel. The beds are nice, the food prep counter is fully stocked, plenty of storage for your clothes in clean drawers and a large closet. Parking in a garage is a nice option, too. We didn't use the pool or the laundry room.

There is a river and hiking trail behind the hotel. We like to hike on the trail every morning.

Most staff were very kind and helpful, however a few were not, and one a bit rude. Room was nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here and I wish we stayed longer! The rooms were clean and so spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant and bar are amazing. I love being able to walk outside and go to the little town square and park. So many restaurants and stores in walking distance. And most of all the staff was amazing! When we checked in, we felt so welcomed!!

The only place I will stay when visiting the PNW. The staff is friendly, rooms & common areas are clean, and the breakfast is very good!

Front desk woman was snotty, not smiling, inhospitable. Not a nice welcome after a long day of driving. Unhelpful as to EV hookups and location. Garage is across the street, which is ok but inconvenient, especially if raining. Tower room was nice but light does come in at 6:30 in the morning! Checkout folks were pleasant.

We were in Redmond to attend a concert at the nearby Marymoor Park Amphitheater. The location of the hotel is a short 5 minute drive or a flat 25 minute walk from the venue. There are several parks and walking trails in close proximity. There is also a dog park across the street should your furry friend(s) be traveling with you. Convenient hotel parking. The staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice room. There is a well-stocked bar and a nice breakfast buffet just off the lobby. Several restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the near vicinity. We know where to stay the next time we’re in Redmond.

We loved our tower room with the tall windows and balcony. The breakfast was nice. There are laundry facilities. You can walk to stores, restaurants and Starbucks. There's a walking path right next to the property. We loved it.

Parking was right across the hotel. Check in first and pay about $16 for overnight. We only needed a room for a night and we enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of our room. The pool was located right under us and we often smelled chlorine.

We frequent this property and have a good experience every time. Only two bummers, no more hot tub, and cheese on the eggs during breakfast. Perhaps keep cheese available for those who want it to add. Not everyone can eat cheese. We will be back regardless.

Really nice hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk. Big screen TV. Breakfast was wonderful. The only less than great thing I can say is that there was a strange smell in the bathroom that did not go away, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed. Otherwise fabulous. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and very nice. Only thing missing was a hot tub. Parking was a little confusing, as it is in a parking garage across the street. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed the ability to cook a few meals during my week long stay. The room (and bed!) was very comfortable. I was surprised that the television was not a smart tv and had no access to Netflix or YouTube. They gym was extremely limited and small so I chose to buy a multi day pass to a local gym about a mile away.

Stay was just ok. We have been many times in the past and service and offerings were much better. Kind of surprised to have to pay $16USD for parking when it used to be included, you’d think for $250 a night they’d at least throw that in. Also no coffee available throughout the day, only during breakfast. And sad to see they got rid of the omelette station at breakfast. For the cost and offerings, will likely opt to stay at another hotel on our next trip.
