Great location! Carpet looked a little old but everything was nice and clean in room. Breakfast was great!

The place was nice. Unfortunately there was fire at the hotel which forced me to miss a day of scheduled work while I was in town.

Make sure if you book through Expedia that you either price match through Hilton or you don’t book through Expedia when you stay at Hilton because contractually they are not allowed to do anything for you barely even greet you at that point. You are not allowed to change room rooms or anything do anything that you normally would be able to do as a hill and honor member while you’re staying there. I tried to let the person working there know that I was not handicapped in my room needed to be to one who was I did not feel right keeping that room, knowing that I didn’t need a handicapped accessible.

For us it was a terrible stay. The carpet on the room smelled like rotten cheese. The sink was clogged and there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers and the walls.

Stay was good. Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was hot and very good.

It was great having a kitchen, but some cleaning basics would have been great to have (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap) luckily there is a Trader Joe’s and a Walmart close by that we were able to get all our food from. (Minus breakfast, hotel breakfast was excellent)

Breakfast was as expected for a hotel, it’s served between 7am- 9am Monday- Friday. Wednesday is social meal, serve light snacks and adult drinks. The pool was unfortunately close the three days we were there. The room could use an upgrade and some maintenance. If you sleep with a blanket plan on bringing one with you, the bed only had light sheets. The staff were very nice and do house keeping every other day.

Great location and friendly staff. Minutes from SAT airport, Trader Joe's within walking distance, IHOP/Applebee's just outside the grounds, other restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. Cornerstone church next door.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby appear to be nice and inviting. The rooms are very dated, both of our rooms and elevator areas had strong odors and the carpets are dirty.

We had an outstanding breakfast every morning! I enjoyed quite a few potato, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Our room was clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out and the location was quiet despite being close to the highway and a large church.

Ben was exceedingly personable and helpful! Lobby and room were clean and welcoming. Love that the rooms here are comfortable and not cramped and love the welcoming message on the TV. Breakfast was a wide variety and tasty. Such a good stay that we are reluctant to leave!

Hotel understaffed. Stayed for 7 days, was provided a handicapped accessible shower, (Did not mind at first) but when anyone in the family used the shower, the bathroom floor would flood due to not having anything to stop the water from leaking all over the floor. Explained the situation to hotel staff, requested new room due to inconvenience but was told no other rooms were available. Only way to keep the bathroom floor from flooding was too create our own barrier using the hotel towels. Again, explained to staff and was even told by staff to just keep coming down and getting additional towels. 3rd day at the hotel we went down to request more towels to keep the floor dry and the response was “ Oh, your in the handicap shower huh?. That let me know that this was an ongoing issues for previous guest and that they have yet to address the issue. Not safe for family with children, thankfully no one slipped and injured themselves during the stay.

Lobby, dining area and room were all gorgeous. Ben was extremely helpful...however had a LOT of trouble getting wifi set up (took over an hour and customer help number went to a life-alert ordering line!!). Room was not cleaned, towels not replaced and trash not emptied on 2nd day. We even called SPECIFICALLY to have towels replaced on 2nd evening and it never occurred. The breakfast was appreciated but poor quality: eggs flavorless, sausage overcooked, refried beans severely runny. We ended up deciding to shorten our stay by a day.

This is a great family hotel. My kids loved the inflatables in the pool and spent the afternoon there. Breakfast was amazing and again they thought of the kids, offering sprinkles for kids to add their amazing waffles. My kids had such a great time we extended our stay for 2 extra days. They had a great vacation and want to go back!

Had no extra blankets for us. Had to switch us to a second room bc the first room smelled strongly of smoke even tho we requested non smoking. Definitely an older hotel. Shower didn’t work well.

We were welcomed with great hospitality and customer service. My mother is handicapped and my son and sister are special needs and we had great accommodation met for their needs.

Hotel had a bunch of kids roaming the halls. Some kids were running up and down the hall at late hours. Noisy from room to room. False FIRE ALARM twice in the middle of the night. Overall, facility felt run down and unsafe.

We loved our stay. The hotel seems a little older but was still very clean and comfortable.

This year. There was a funny smell in the room. There was a personal tooth brush and tooth paste still in the drawer at checkin from someone else. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. All the elevators stop working right before checkout. The breakfast wasn't that great. Very Disappointing. Staff was friendly. Mr. NuPrince Vance

Nice total room size about 400sf, but a lot taken up by shower room & kitchen, so the sleeping area was barely enough for 4 of us, with son on floor with air mattress. Good breakfast! Biggest challenge right now is access due to tiny driveway and highway construction. Not their fault.

All good except our door to the room didn't properly lock or stay locked. We were able to (unfortunately) turn the handle and walk into room 407 multiple times. We informed staff when we left. Be careful if this is your assigned room. Everything appeared to be untouched in our room and belongings but was not too comforting.

Easy to get to and a good location for my planned activities.

We had a very good experience. My son loves hotel's breakfast and this was not the exception. Everybody was very nice and helpful, the pool was clean and we had it almost for ourselves for the most part. The place is in a very central location, so we could move around easily. Overall, we will be back

Was not prepared to not have daily housecleaning (3 nites) The suite is a comfortable size for two not sure if four adults would be comfortable the couch was in terrible condition

Our room was dirty and dated. We had to purchase our own wipes to wipe Guam and clean what we could. The carpet was old, dirty, and needed to n r changed. The stovetop was broke and I had to clean and fix it work. The silverware needed to be cleaned and I had to purchase sponges and did detergent on my own. To make things worse, they never can in ti clean every other day as posted, and when notified to clean, they just changed the towels and trash bags.

Upon leaving I was provided a bottle of Gatorade as an apology for the inconvenience. When I got home I discovered I was charged 5 dollars for the “ complementary” Gatorade. I don’t think this is a Hilton issue. Just a San Antonio Hilton issue. Either way. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will go elsewhere the next time I am in San Antonio.

We didn't hear any road noise nor neighbors even though doors tended to slam. It was very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and hotel was nicely kept, but the fire alarm went off twice while we were asleep and the AC basically stopped working for a while one night so that was not great.

Hotel rooms need to be updated. Need new mattresses and pillows. Room smelled old. It was just one night, so it was ok. I did like that they had gated parkingand it's next door to a church, so we felt a little safer.

Everything was fantastic, except the breakfast. My kids, who usually love the treat of a hotel breakfast threw most of the food away. They stuck with the waffles and cereal the next morning.

The property is beautiful and clean, but it did appear there were some needs for repairs in our 1st floor hallway. There was a tarp covering damage. The only thing that I would strongly suggest would be to have fitted sheets on the beds. Flat sheets make it difficult to keep on the bed if you move. Also, we missed breakfast by a couple minutes because it’s only until 9 on Fridays. 930 or 10 would be better for travelers that need to sleep in, but very small inconvenience.

Cleanliness is definitely always a must and my room was clean. The staff was very nice. The gentleman that registered me was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and informed me about the extras available to us. I so much appreciated this because most of the time I’m asking a million questions.

Amazing staff! So friendly and accommodating for our family with 3 little kids. They made sure we had great rooms on the same floor. Breakfast was good and I am so thankful for everything they do to make everyone feel at home.

There wasnt much i could eat at breakfast- id love some fruit salad and potatoes. Lots of meat choices if you are into that. The evening meal stopped too early for me to partake

First of, its conveniently located near the road and there are nice restaurants nearby, its close to many fun activities. The environment is serene, very nice with trees around. The room size is ok, i expected the sitting area to be a bit bigger though. The carpet, thats a different story, maybe the color or whatever it is, it looks dirty, very dirty. I think they should put a slightly brighter color of carpet. I still think housekeeping should go room to room taking out trash. I dont like the idea of having to call them every time i need trash taken out. The idea of a real vacation is slowly fading away.

Very dirty carpet. Room was not clean when we arrived at the room. sofa had mass of hair all over. Sheets and blankets didn’t feel washed. Felt very uncomfortable staying in that room. Every time we we’re going back to the hotel, kids are paranoid.

This hotel is in the perfect location for attending Cornerstone Church, but it hasn't been updated for YEARS. It is not clean, there was even a beer tab on the kitchen floor when we walked in. There was hair in the bathtub drain. No dish detergent, dish cloths, or dishwasher pods, so there was no way to wash the dishes. There were no trash bags, so no way to carry out the trash, and there was not a chance of getting any cleaning service, we tried. We called the front desk asking for bath towels, TP, Kleenex, and coffee at 7:30am one day, and after 4 calls we finally got what we needed at 10:45PM. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but in the future we will fight the traffic and stay elsewhere. The hotel needs to be destroyed and replaced.

Wonderful place to stay as it is super close Cornerstone church. Two of the only things, carpet needs to be updated in the rooms, and I wish the showers had hand held shower heads. Otherwise great place to stay.

We stay here a few times a year. It’s older but the staff is always friendly and the rooms are big. It’s in a convenient location for our needs. It needs a little updating but we recommend it.

We paid for suite with king and pull out couch bed. Got a room with only a king bed and no couch. Not enough room for 4 guests. No extra rooms to switch to. We had to make a bed on the floor out of blankets and pillows.

I made a reservation for a 1 bed king suite in advance and was given a king studio at check in. Room was a little dirty, finger prints on microwave, dirty headboard. Bedding was half made like thrown on quickly. Not the best experience.

Nice big room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of "free" breakfast and served the purpose. Only "complaint" is the air conditioner unit was pretty loud and woke us up when it kicked on, so not much sleep during the night. Did not use any "amenities" so no comment. If the AC unit's could be quieted down, we would stay there again if the need arises.
