We loved staying at this hotel. The room was pretty spacious and nice. Very close to Santa Ana's downtown. And of course we were so happy about breakfast being included :) , it was delicious!! We would stay there again when possible. Thanks!!

Staff were Professional and Attentive, and they sent text messages daily to see if there was anything I needed. That is Exceptional. There was nothing I didn't like, it was a great stay.

Staff was excellent--they let me check in slightly earlier than time. The room was clean and well maintained in general, but the shower drain smelled a bit. This could be contained by placing a lid on it (I used a small trash basket). Breakfast came with variety. Parking was convenient.

It had all the possibilities to be amazing, adequate gym equipment, a pool, and laundry facilities. But as soon as you walk in you can see the place has not been kept up. The floors are dirty and stained throughout, the gym equipment has possibly never felt a wet rag, there are no supplies to wipe down the equipment after each person’s use, there is no coin machine on the premises even though the laundry equipment only takes quarters, and the windows are poorly insulated so you hear traffic all day and night. It was really a low quality place.

The room was clean and the staff checked on us everyday. Breakfast was good, a standard from IHG hotels. Pool was outside, no hot tub but nice patio around. Had a wonderful little gazebo next to it as well, great for reading or watching the kids.

The day before checkout, the room was not cleaned, towels not replaced, beds not done. We had to go in person to get towels for in room use and in pool. There was no response when called.

The suite with 2 queen beds listed does not exist at this hotel, we got put in a standard room with 2 queen beds. For the price that we paid, we would’ve stayed elsewhere. I can’t reach customer service and I keep going in circles.

Shampoo and soap in the room was heavy on the fragrance. That and the poor ventilation in the room was really making my allergies pretty bad. Breakfast also ended way too early at 9am, and at 9am is also when the crew decided to flush both the coffee makers with a blue cleanser for the next 30 mins. Can't say I felt like drinking coffee right after seeing that. Other than that the room was fine, and the staff was nice enough.

Our room was on the top floor and was clean, spacious, and equipped with a fridge and microwave — a nice touch. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as we’d have liked. Breakfast over the weekend included biscuits with gravy, a vegetable omelet, and a cheese omelet. The food was good, though I would’ve loved to see some bacon or sausage as well. Despite the minor issues, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

When I brought this concern to the manager (Adriana) she was very indifferent and acted as if nothing has happened. I can't understand how a hospitality business would have people like these represent it!

Cleaning crew and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive and clean hotel, and a short ride to the disney parks. There's also a small market around the corner from the hotel that sells delicious carnitas and tortas. Bari's pizza is in the same plaza and is also delicious.

The hotel rooms were spacious, had a mini fridge and a microwave which came handy for warming up the food. Also, the facility had a laundry room for guests open 24 hours, very convenient for extended stays. The location of the hotel was great very close to I-5 highway. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of breakfast foods. Hotel staff was very friendly and always nice and helpfull. Overall, great experience at this location.

From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, he staff was attentive and top flight. I have had good experiences, and I’ve had great experiences, and this really, for the type of hotel and accommodation was top flight. The staff deserves praise because these are the definition of good people.

We asked the room to be cleaned and when the woman came to clean, she just came in and dumped the trash, so my wife asked her to change the bed sheets and she rolled her eyes and let out a frustrated sigh, and proceeded to aggressively change the sheets! She did not even wipe anything down in the bathroom or counter area by the microwave! and she did not have gloves on at any time.

We appreciated the breakfast upgrades from other hotels. Real scrambled eggs, quality yogurt, half and half.

The hotel was located on a busy street and close to a freeway, and so was somewhat noisy.

Clean, spacious and most of all well run. Fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet, clean equipped gym stocked with towels and water, clean refreshing pool, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially given the dive hotels on the same block and the neighborhood being a bit sketchy and filled with homeless challenges, if you're staying in this immediate part of Santa Ana this is the property you want to stay at.

Great, renovated hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. I felt safe in a not so great area of Santa Ana. They have security and you need a room key to access literally anything on the property, even the lobby bathrooms, which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was great, lots to choose from and good tasting. Only thing my kids complained about was no jacuzzi and I could have used some stronger coffee ;) But those are more preferences than complaints.. I’d stay here again if we ever had the need.

Also there was some room that would get rented out and caused no parking for us. We had to park in back of hotel while creepy people walked around and parked in our spots.

Breakfast was not good! Eggs, oatmeal, even coffee were lukewarm and there was no microwave to heat them. No bacon or sausage, just burnt biscuits with cold, lumpy sausage gravy. An event facility next door used up all the parking and we parked in a far part of the lot next to several people living there and fighting w each other, which felt unsafe. People from the event were coming and going in the parking lot outside our room all night, until well after 2:00 a.m.

I requested a quiet room and it was quiet until 1130 pm when the room next door had a party where the guests were shouting ridiculously until 4:00 am. We called the front desk numerous times but the noise never stopped until the police were finally called.

However, it seems like they may have a bird problem on the property lately. There is bird excrement all over the balconies and every morning we are awakened early by very loud birds. Also, if there is an event next door at the event venue, parking is also non existent which is a little frustrating.

I love everything about this hotel, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and nice!

No way to vent room, patio door didn't open purposefully. After 3 showers room was extremely humid and hot, A/C wasn't helping. Sink faucet was sticking and so hard to operate my 10 y.o. son needed help. The back doors to the property are not keyless entery, but anyone with a small amount of dexterity can jump the short wall in the back. Security advised I park in a more visible spot due to theft / break-ins. I was about 15 spots down from front of the hotel. They do have HBO though. No hot tub either. Older facade / interior. DND sign hung on door, housekeeping still tried to enter without knocking as we were checking out.

The price per night was reasonable, but the breakfast was disappointing. There was not even a sausage. The place doesn’t seem to be well maintained, and the floors in the common areas are noticeably dirty. Room looks new and clean, bathroom though was weirdly built. The sink was too far to reach. Laundry area was on the 10th floor only, will take you a trip in doing your laundry. Overall, you get what you paid for but won’t be staying here again that’s for sure.

2 night stay for business. Staff friendly, hotel clean, room nice and bed comfortable enough. Unfortunately a very loud hotel. Location can be loud and walls very thin. Also booked this hotel because of the balcony and didn’t realize they have all the doors locked so you can’t open them. Being stuck in the room working was a bit stuffy, would have liked to have the breeze.

We have stayed at this property several times, and each time it gets a bit poorer. The breakfast now is simply terrible! Oatmeal mush the is mostly watery gruel instead of mush; orange juice that tastes very funny, like it hasn't been kept frozen before use; hard boiled eggs no longer available; scrambled eggs that taste like something besides eggs; coffee that isn't hot, and is bitter. It is like the breakfast is not a matter of importance to this hotel's manager!

Why housekeeping knocked on my door at 4:45 in the afternoon when I was taking a nap and being jet lagged I cannot understand. The do not disturb sign was hanging from the door knob. Is this property in the habit of knocking on doors with do not disturb signs? I woke up and it was 2:30 in the morning from the country I just came from. NOT HAPPY!!!!
