our room was humid and the beds were noisy, but loved the area, staff, and overall good quality for the price.

It's in really bad condition the blanket where ripped and old the pillow where so uncomfortable I didn't the area there where a lot of homeless and people staying at the hotel with dogs!!

Pretty clean. I know it's hard to find good maintenance people and to stay on top of all the ongoing issues that need to be addressed with a motel. Discounted rates or partial refunds for sub par rooms for whatever reason, should be offered. Being next to or surrounded by rooms with dogs that constantly bark is horrible. Of course we didn't like that. We also didn't like the homeless person sitting on the cement directly outside our room all morning having very loud and conversations with herself. And then there are the surrounding 2nd story motel guests who are having loud, ongoing conversations outside our room with people down in the parking lot in the midnight hours. Are you kidding? This location desperately needs security doing constant and ongoing patrols day and night since the front desk doesn't/can't take care of all the issues and they don't answer the phone half of the time anyway. The front desk was not honest or effective either. I'm tired of going into the problems with this motel since I hardly slept. But management can call me for more in depth detail.

It gave my partner and I an opportunity to feel what it’d be like to “live with each other” for a bit. It was an amazing experience The cleanliness of the bathroom could’ve been a lil better but all in all it was nice

They don't even have a blow dryer in the room they took a $100 deposit from me for reserving the suite I called to say that I was going to be 15 minutes late I was 5 minutes past that 15 minutes and checking out and they keep my entire deposit when I went to the manager to speak to them about it they went in the other room and close the door behind me and when I would call they would just hang up on me they have no pool they have no view they don't have a nice location they have absolutely no amenities zero they don't have a gym they have nothing there at that facility I have no idea why they charge so much and then they on top of it to take a deposit well now I know why cuz they just scammy everyone out of all their money and then they banned me from being able to ever stay there again this is there there the rudest people the worst place the most biggest rip off the least amenities the dirtiest cockroaches the unfriendliest biggest thieves Liars unprofessional place I've ever stayed in my entire life I'll never stay there or let anyone that I know ever going to hear that place what a joke bunch of drug dealers and gangbangers outside cops always searching people in a wrestling everyone it's the worst place you can ever possibly go on the planet they'll say anything to keep your deposit and where since when does Motel 6 take it deposit anyways sweet the sweet that has a stove to cook on but not even an air vent for the smoke to go out so then smoke detector goes off

Thin wall. You hear walking noise upstairs for every single step. There are homeless outside the property. A lot of cursing outside. No car vandalism though.

This had to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Floor was so filthy our feet were black just by walking barefoot for a few minutes. Disgusting. AC did not cool the entire time. Several of the electric outlets did not work. Floorboards were lifting. Would not recommend. Had someone posing as Security knocking on our door in the middle of the night.

Air conditioner did not properly work,it was old can barely see the buttons, bad shape. Room flooring was terrible, falling apart, needed to walk safely to prevent injury. And found a German Cockroach in the bathroom.

The biggest worst staff I ever seen. They ask for a 100 deposit and the next day I was checking out around 11:15 am and expecting to get my deposit back and they said that I wasn’t getting my deposit back because check out was at 11am. I feel that they robbed me my deposit.

They don’t change my sheets and a lot homeless around building I have to clean the room myself change the sheets and try get new towels every 2 days and smell bad homeless digs for the stash can I never one back my trip this hotel .

Staff was really rude and she didnt acknowledge me or greet me she was on her phone all the time when she ask for my ID she hold my ID on her hand txt whoever she was and she finished sending that msg for her to give me my room.. no explanation at all of my staying told me my room number and grab back her phone slamming my ID back and she went back on her phone!

It did feel pet friendly. And even with pets welcome was still such a nice quiet stay even though by the fwy.

Easy and affordable

Definitely feels sketchy unfortunately. Parking is a bit cramped. It seemed like the sink and mirror were pretty much the only thing that was “newer” and everything else left the same. Burn marks on most tables. Burn mark on the floor in front of the toilet. There was a something on the bathroom door that was almost dripping off the door and slightly yellow. You basically have an in room generator whenever the AC kicks in cuz I’m sure it isn’t really serviced lol. And the buttons were punched out so best of luck figuring out what mode you’re on. Idk just take a personal stroll on the property and kinda speaks for it self. And i get that staff can be busy but i was always taught to at least acknowledge anyone that comes into the lobby as in “I’ll be right with you” in stead of just ignoring completely for about 3 min and acting annoyed the entire 30 sec interaction. Oh and expect to figure out where the room is yourself since all she did was write the room number down and have over the card 😭😂

Best place to visit for a trip

The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, and the property was fairly quiet during my stay. Small details like cleanliness and responsive staff really made a difference. I would recommend this location to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The front desk could be nicer the young lady was very rude and the rooms do need better cleaning we never had this problem before and we stayed here 4 times already so we know they could be better but the poop on the floor in the bathroom was super disgusting.

They did not come clean the room, so we didn’t have any clean towesl. Second night there the card to the room quit working and then there was no parking.

Room was dirty, Blankets had holes, room smelled like cigarettes, crumbs or something was on the floor, stains everywhere, over all horrible experience.

The beds are spring-type mattresses. They're old and it's time to replace them! Both beds had indentations in the mattress making them very uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. Roaches in the room. The mattresses and the metal bed frames are very noisy. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night; I did not want to spend another sleepless night nor deal with roaches either. This was very surprising since I chose this hotel because of the 7.6 stars compared to the 4.4 star hotels around.

There were cockroaches in the room and was nasty smelling and someone else’s hairs all over the sink and tub and the tub was crack and sinks were cracked and all 3 rooms we had for our family

Air conditioning unit was very loud so was the toilet kept cycling the bed covers had cigarette burns in them shower head was so low I couldn’t even was my hair correctly and I’m only five feet six inches tall kept seeing these little nats pop up not sure how they got in and where they came from

There is no gate at the hotel. You can exit freely..some people making noise out at around 2 am .but no one cares

I try to earlier because i have a surgery and i was to get rest but the person make me wait till 3 he told me if is a room available he can help me i saw a few person checking out earlier and he didn't call me.

There were drug addicts and homeless people in and all around the property. The smell of dog feces was nauseating. Absolutely no reason to ever stay here

It was decently clean but it smelled awful like cigarette smoke, probably because we were on the first floor and people were smoking in the parking lot. still, affordable and what’s to be expected from a motel 6. the front desk was nice. thankfully we had febreeze in the car which helped

Fire alarm kept going off every 5-10mins horrible, when we notified the front desk nothing was done for us my husband had to remove it and disconnect it.

Sleeping was fine but when we woke up in the morning. We took a shower and the steam coming out of the bathroom kept setting off the smoke alarm, as my family was getting ready we found cockroaches crawling on the floor!!!! Never coming back

Horrible, AC. Barely worked, tv would dim every few seconds, high homeless population as well. Office staff was not very helpful , wish I booked a different hotel.

Well the initial check in was great. The front desk lady was kind and helpful. when i went in the room it looked clean on the surface. I lifted back the sheets to check for bed bugs when i got in the room, the mattress had a topper cover on it, I pulled it back to find the mattress covered in stains, crumbs, some beads from like a broken bracelet. hIt was disgusting. The noise from up stairs was so loud like they were hammering and stomping around. The man was talking all night so loud until around 4 am (I had to get up at 5:30 for work) I think they were drinking, partying or doing drugs. I called the front desk around 2 or 3 am. They said they would give them a call but the noise persisted through the night. My sleep and comfort isn't worth the few dollars I saved. I will never visit this facility again. And to top it off I couldn't even get a cup of coffee from the lobby it doesn't open until 7am and I had to leave for fork at 6:30am. It was a miserable work trip.

This property tried to steal my $100 "deposit". After nearly 2 weeks, they still had not credited the $100 back, despite no damages(I took photos and video). I called the property and a rude, nasty worker who refused to give her name said "someone forgot" and now says I "may" get a credit in "10 business days". I also saw evidence of fraudulent use of my card in other ways. This property is managed by rude, entitled people who think they can treat guests however they want. I actually LEFT this hotel after 1 night and stayed across the street at the wonderful Holiday Inn where the employees respect the clients. Beware of VERY shady staff at this location

I really like staying at this hotel when I come into town

The poor young girl at the receptionist desk could not help all of us new guests complaining about the lack of wifi, which is important in that area for cell services. I saw 3 while checking in.

I have to say this was my worst place to stay one night .The bottom of the sink counter was falling apart my bed had blood stain ,pillows and bed blankets had hairs on them also all towels had hairs on them .smelled bad in shower and floors looked like they were never mopped .To top it off my wife got bit by bed bugs all over body .What a nightmare it was .took pictures 📸

This is one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed at, at first I was skeptical because it’s a motel six in Santa Ana, but the room and everything was clean and looked almost new. I would definitely stay here again.

It's amazing stay with the room in newly hip design. Alex did great to help us meet our need to get the room best for us.

There is full of coucroch bottom of the refrigerator and bed and in rooms I lost my cat there and ask for check camera they play with me and after few days they set-up me under 21 days rule and after I left and back to check in don't let me check in now I can't find my cat

It sounded as if people would go in and out the room non stop Finally stop their noise at 3am and once again they got up early at 6 and finally left I live in palm springs and booked motel 6 to be able to be in town and rest because i had a meeting at 8 am Monday and of course i was tired for my meeting Horrible experience

We were doing a quick overnight stay because we were going to Disneyland in the morning so I thought this motel would be fine. Well, the room had an odd unfresh smell, there were bugs (my son woke up with several mosquito bites), I squished unidentified wall crawling ones, and the remote was held together with tape. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and uneven. The bed frames made these breaking nosies everytime my tiny 4 year old moved. The door didn't work at first so it took quite a few tries with the keycard but it eventually worked. I will say that the front counter woman was lovely. She was very friendly and helpful. Will we stay here again? Probably not.
